Keri Hamilton moved to Canada from Seattle WA in 2012. Shortly after arriving in Winnipeg Manitoba, Advanced Permanent Cosmetics was established. In 2016 she re-branded her business to Cosmedic Ink because she specialized in Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing. Keri has practiced the art of MicroPigmentation (Permanent Makeup Tattooing) since 2005. She has also been involved as part of an amazing team of plastic surgeons and nurses in a project that helps breast cancer survivors regain their confidence and self esteem through breast reconstruction surgery. Her contribution has involved tattooing a three dimensional image of the areola and nipple on the reconstructed breasts for thousands of women.

In my 30+ years as a Hair and Makeup Professional and 19 years as a Cosmetic and Medical Tattoo Artist, I have developed a passion to help people feel comfortable in their own skin. From tattooing lips, eyebrows, eyeliner, areolas, and camouflaging of scars, stretchmarks, and other skin irregularities, I have acquired a keen sense of attention to detail and strive for perfection to make each client feel great about the service experience I provide and to feel beautiful inside and out."
